As I celebrate my 10th Year Anniversary to the Priesthood this coming September 8, 2005, I still couldn’t find enough ways to express my gratitude to God for choosing me amidst my human frailties and sharing with me His very own sacred Priesthood. Ten years was just too fast. But looking at the graces that God had given me in every single day of my priesthood, I can only say THANK YOU SO MUCH, LORD.Thank you very much Lord for allowing me to represent you in welcoming your little ones in the Sacrament of Baptism.
Thank you so much, Lord for sharing with me the privilege of celebrating Holy Eucharist and be able to feed your flock with your very own body and blood.
Thank you very much, Lord for allowing me to listen and to express your compassion mercy and forgiveness to every penitent in the sacrament of reconciliation.
Thank you very much, Lord for delegating me to witness the sacred exchange of vows of husband and wife in the sacrament of Holy Matrimony.
Thank you very much, Lord for allowing me to visit the sick and be able to bring joy and assurance of your promise of eternal life through the Holy Anointing.
Above all, thank you very much, Lord for the gift of ordination.
Thank you very much, dear God for my family. My strength and continued source of my faith, hope and love. Thank you, Lord for my relatives and friends who have been so generous and supportive in my ministry to the poor. Thank you very much for all the people that you have entrusted in my pastoral care. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to love you and to serve you through the poorest of the poor.
